Our team is responsive, keeps promises, and communicates proactively when programme changes are needed. We can work under NEC or JCT contract terms, provide RAMS and method statements, and interface directly with your principal contractor's site team. We are experienced with NHBC requirements and the particular demands of volume housebuilding programmes. Notifiable scaffolding structures receive a scaffold design drawing. All scaffolders hold current CISRS cards. We carry out handover inspections before the scaffold is handed to the principal contractor.
