Two-Storey Extension Scaffold — Chelmsford

The homeowner required a full wrap around scaffold for a two storey side and rear extension in a restricted suburban plot with close boundaries on both sides. We designed a fan scaffold on the boundary side to protect the neighbouring property and used a cantilever design to the rear to maintain garden access throughout the build. The scaffold was erected within a day, the build team had uninterrupted access for 14 weeks, and the structure was struck within 48 hours of practical completion. null
