Terms of Service

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of scaffolding services by Youngs Scaffolding to the client.

Quotations and pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices are based on continuous, uninterrupted site access; additional charges may apply if access is delayed or denied.

Hire period

The standard hire period is set out in the specific quotation. Any additional hire charges are stated in that quotation.

Safety and liability

• The scaffold must not be altered or dismantled by anyone other than authorised Youngs Scaffolding personnel.
• The client is responsible for suitable ground conditions.

Permits

Where scaffolding is erected on a public highway or pavement, a local authority permit is required. Responsibility for the permit is set out in the quotation.
