We work closely with your facilities team, health and safety manager, and principal contractor to produce detailed RAMS, scaffold design drawings, and phased erection plans. Our scaffolders can obtain site-specific inductions and hold CSCS/CISRS cards as a minimum.
We understand the critical nature of industrial shutdowns and planned maintenance windows. Our team is experienced in working to tight deadlines within live industrial environments, including working under permit-to-work systems.
Industrial Scaffolding: Site and Work-Scope Review
Industrial sites have different access, operating and safety requirements. When enquiring, describe the work area, the access needed, expected programme or shutdown window, site access arrangements and any induction or permit requirements. The work is considered against the particular site and specification; enquiries should not assume that every specialist or hazardous operating environment is suitable.
Youngs can provide RAMS, uses CISRS-carded scaffolders, and can provide design drawings where required. Third-party inspections are available on request; out-of-hours installation is considered where applicable. Site-specific arrangements, responsibilities and timing must be discussed and confirmed for each project.

Youngs can provide RAMS and scaffold design drawings where required. Requirements are confirmed for the project; drawings can be arranged after the initial enquiry.
Can you work during a shutdown or outside normal hours?
State the planned shutdown window or requested work hours in your enquiry. Out-of-hours installation is considered where applicable, subject to the specific site and project requirements.
Do you offer an inspection?
Third-party scaffold inspections can be arranged on request. Include the inspection requirement when discussing the scope.
