We plan erection and strike sequences to keep footpaths, car parks, and driveways clear wherever possible. Where access is unavoidably restricted, we provide advance notice and signage. For refurbishment of occupied residential buildings, we are experienced in working alongside tenants and managing the interface with building managers and residents. Builders, developers, property managers, and main contractors on renovation and refurbishment projects. Refurbishment scaffolding is erected in line with TG20:13 guidance. Where buildings are occupied during works, we prepare specific RAMS addressing the risks to occupants. We install hoarding, fans, and debris netting as required.
